Charcoal Liquid Soap Uses

Bath & Body

  1. Hands, Hair & Body: Apply directly to hands, hair, or a washcloth for bathing. The charcoal helps purify and deep cleanse the skin.

  2. Shaving Cream: Rub between wet hands to create a slick lather perfect for shaving face, underarms, or legs. Helps lift impurities for a close shave.

  3. Purifying Facial Cleanser: Ideal for deep cleaning pores. For a foaming dispenser, add ¼ cup Charcoal Castile Soap and fill to the top with distilled water. Add 5 drops of tea tree essential oil for extra clarifying benefits, if desired.

  4. Detoxifying Foot Soak/Scrub: Add a squirt to warm water for a purifying foot soak. Or, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon Charcoal Castile Soap, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, and 4 drops peppermint essential oil for an exfoliating scrub.

  5. Body Wash: Use as a daily body wash for a refreshing, deep clean that helps manage oiliness without over-drying.

Household Cleaning

  1. Dishes: Use full strength for handwashing dishes. The charcoal helps cut through grease. Let soak for tougher jobs.

  2. All-Purpose Cleaning Spray: Add ¼ cup Charcoal Castile Soap to 1 quart of warm water in a spray bottle. Shake well. The charcoal boosts cleaning power on surfaces, countertops, and sinks. Add lemon or tea tree oil for scent and extra cleaning, if desired.

  3. General Cleaning: Dilute 1 part soap into 40 parts water for light cleaning, or use 1:1 or full strength for heavy-duty grease or grime. Great for areas needing extra purification.

  4. Floors: Dilute approx. 2 tbsp. of soap per gallon of warm water for mopping. Cleans effectively.

  5. Outdoor Furniture/Grills: Use diluted or full strength for tackling outdoor grime.

Bathroom Cleaning

  1. Bathrooms & Tiles: Use full strength or diluted for cleaning sinks, showers, and tiles. Helps lift soap scum and impurities. Let soak for tougher jobs.

  2. Tub Scrub: Fill a spray bottle with ⅓ Charcoal Castile Soap and ⅔ water. Sprinkle baking soda around the tub, spray the soap mixture over it, and scrub. The charcoal adds extra scrubbing power.

  3. Toilet Touch-Ups: Add a few drops into the toilet bowl, swish with a brush, and flush for a quick clean and deodorize.

Laundry

  1. Laundry Booster: Add ¼ cup to your regular laundry load for extra cleaning and deodorizing power, especially for workout clothes or musty items. (Test on delicates first).

  2. Stain Pre-treatment: Apply directly to stains (especially grease or dirt), let sit briefly, then launder as usual. (Always spot-test first).

Other Uses

  1. Pet Wash: Wet your pet's coat, lather a small amount of soap in your hands, massage into fur, and rinse thoroughly. Helps deeply cleanse and deodorize 1-2 Tablespoons per 2-3 gallons water. Adjust soap / water as needed.

  2. Cleaning Tools/Brushes: Soak dirty tools, garden equipment, or cleaning brushes in diluted soap to help remove grime and build-up.
